Temukan Caramu!

Bismillah.

Sambil melewati masa penantian panjang saya dengan perjuangan thesis, saya menemukan banyak sekali ibrah yang sangat saya syukuri selama masa perjalanan. 

Sedikit berbagi, saya baca sebuah buku berjudul An Introduction to Foreign Language Learning and Teaching by Keith Johnson yang menurut saya memiliki bagian menarik dan sweet menggigit. Apa itu?

Pada halaman 147, the author states:

“When I started to learn French as a schoolboy in my early teens, I developed a rather bizarre strategy for remembering what I learn in class. I started to write my own ‘textbook’ for teaching French to others. My unfortunate sister, some years younger than me, was the one who suffered the consenquences of my strange language learning experiment. I would sit her in a corner, I recall (as she still does, painfully) and give her French lessons using the ‘teaching material’ I had produced. I found this learning strategy, peculiar though it was, very effective. My sister may have learned little French through it, but I learned a lot.”

Betapa menariknya dia sampai melibatkan orang-orang terdekatnya buat menyukseskan belajarnya. Sebenarnya kita masing-masingpun punya strateginya, kan?

Namun satu yang pasti bahwa untuk bbisa membuat ilmu lekat dalam ingatan kita, berbagi itu emang penting.
